I offer private and smaller group sessions, which always includes an initial complimentary consultation where we will explore your specific needs on an individual basis.
Whether you are completely new to yoga or have a regular practice, classes are completely bespoke and can be modified accordingly to suit your needs.
I work with a broad range of individuals, some on their journey of pregnancy all the way through to postnatal stage. I also support those with physical injuries and help them through their journey of understanding their bodies and developing a positive experience of their body and mind through the gift of yoga.

Having worked in the media industry for just under a decade, I have personally benefited from attending yoga sessions offered at the agencies I worked in; prompting me to be more mindful and translate the practice off the mat to the workplace itself.
