Hypnobirthing Course

Hypnobirthing is a complete antenatal programme which provides you with the confidence and knowledge to take control of your own childbirth experience. Whether you’re planning a homebirth, hospital birth, drug-free or Caesarean birth, learn how Hypnobirthing can support you all throughout your journey.

By completing this course, you will leave with more knowledge and understanding of your options and the implications of the choices you make for yourself and baby. As a result, you will feel empowered by learning practical techniques to apply across all three stages. Birth partners are given an integral role from day one and are fully welcome to join in the course.

The course is split into four key sessions. A brief summary is provided below.
